How the Drive-Through Works
In partnership with Jacksonville Memorial Hospital, we help hand out free at-home colorectal cancer screening kits. You never leave your car.
How it works: drive through and pick up your kit. Follow the simple instructions to collect a sample at home. Return the completed kit in the prepaid envelope within 10 days, and your results come back by mail in three to four weeks.
Who should be screened? Screening matters especially if you are 45 or older, have a family history of colorectal cancer, smoke, drink heavily, or are overweight.
Early detection saves lives. This one simple test could be the one that changes everything.
